SJ & Co kindly advise you read through the terms and conditions of the website which are listed below including the privacy statement.

S J & Co reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any given point. Any changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website which can be at anytime.
Use of the Website
By using the website you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, or if you are under 18 then you are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Placing An Order
Orders placed on www.sjfinejewellery.com will be subject to acceptance in accordance to the terms and conditions.
On receipt of your order you will receive confirmation email stating your order has been received. We will contact you via email or telephone within 24 working hours to discuss your order in further depth covering manufacturing time scale and delivery. If items are in stock delivery is within 7 – 14 working days. Items not in stock and made to order will be within 14 -21 working days. Complete bespoke items can take 6 – 12 weeks depending on how complex the design and manufacture is.
We have the right to refuse your order or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if:
- Your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system.
- There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product.
- The items ordered are no longer in stock or available.
- We have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time.
If the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.
By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have given is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the card on which payment was made.
Once an order has been placed SJ & Co will verify your details through sage pay verification to check against fraud.
If a different delivery address has been requested we reserve the right to send a letter to the billing address to confirm order details.
All products are subject to availability which is subject to change.
Jewellery shown will not be actual size, where available approximate measurements are provided.
We try to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.
All items will be supplied in our own packaging.
Pricing and Payment
SJ & Co ensure all prices on the website are correct and updated, however human and technical errors do sometimes occur. If such an error occurs SJ & Co will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the correct pricing and reconfirm your order or cancel the order receiving a full refund of payment.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current applicable rate and displayed on checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information. Our website is protected with an Enterprise-Grade Web Application Firewall powered by Incapsula and uses SSL throughout the checkout stages.
We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
All products have free delivery anywhere within the UK, Royal Mail special delivery.
Delivery outside the UK will charged at standard Fed Exfees and you will be liable for any duties and taxes.
Orders may be collected at our London workshop, proof of identify must be provided on pick-up.
Your purchase will be delivered to the address you have specified on your Order Confirmation when placing the order.
Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for.
As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them.
SJ & Co have a 14 day refund policy. The returns policy is restricted to any items of the following:

Items individually priced over £10,000 inclusive of VAT
Any returns of any orders will be completed only when the item is returned and received in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging, documentation and any certificates where applicable.
For Health, Safety and Hygiene Purposes, earrings will not be considered for a refund.
SJ & Co will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of any return orders.
Every item of jewellery purchased from SJ & Co comes with a 12 month guarantee, if any fault with metal and manufacture we will repair free of charge or replace. We do not guarantee any faults due to normal wear & tear, misuse or accidental damage. However as a valued customer we will repair at cost price.
If the item of jewellery purchased from SJ & Co has been altered by a third party (another jeweller) this will void any 12 month guarantees.
Right of third parties
Nothing in this agreement or on Our Web Site shall confer on any third party any benefit under the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
SJ & Co are committed to protecting your privacy. All of your personal information will be kept private and secure. We do not pass on your personal information on to any third party companies.
